In terms of the speed improvement and price changes of the Mini LED die bonder, HOSON said that this year’s goal is to increase the speed of the Mini LED die bonder to 180K/hour in the second half of the year; in addition, it is mainly through technical iterations to update equipment performance and maintain a high level of performance. gross profit margin.
HOSON said that the company is optimistic and positive about the sales of Mini LED direct display market this year. At present, the proportion of direct display is still relatively high. It is expected that direct display will account for 70%, and backlight will account for about 30%.
In addition, in the traditional LED business field, HOSON’s revenue last year was still growing steadily compared with the previous year, and the company is also optimistic about the development of the LED industry.
HOSON said that the company has basically achieved full coverage of listed companies in the domestic LED industry chain after the breakthrough in cooperation with He Mulinsen, and the penetration rate of the company’s customers in China has reached more than 90%.

It is reported that in the LED field, HOSON’s customers include Nationstar Optoelectronics, Dongshan Precision, Zhaochi Co., Ltd., Sanan Optoelectronics, Huatian Technology, Hongli Zhihui, Ruifeng Optoelectronics, Ledman Optoelectronics, Xiamen Xinda, Jingtai Co., Ltd. and other companies, and maintain good cooperation with SAMSUNG, Everlight Electronics, etc.
At present, the speed of the LED die bonding equipment launched by HOSON is the optimal rate combined with the current equipment parts, structure and other parts, and the company will upgrade all parts of the equipment and structural design in the follow-up. Under the premise of accuracy and yield, the speed of the equipment is steadily and orderly improved.
In the process of self-research and production of core components, HOSON has established an internal technology sharing platform. This technological advantage will benefit all business sectors of the company, including lithium battery business. In addition, HOSON Zhongshan Industrial Park will be put into operation one after another. With the existing production capacity in Shenzhen, the annual production capacity is expected to reach about 2 billion.
