Main characteristics and application
Single machine splicing within 4k
LED 580 series processors have 2 DVl output ports (DV11, DVl2). We can use LED-580 split screen output function in the high-resolution condition with customized output resolution Then it can achieve random pixel splicing in horizontal and vertical within 4K.it can use “Duallink DV|” or “DP” input, and use the customized“dual link DVl” or “DP” EDlD function to make PCoutput required resolution.
Multiple Machine splicing, 4k*2K pixel to pixel output
Multi-machine 4K*2K Pixel-to-Pixel Mosaic
Three sets of LED-580F processors can achieve 4K*2K pixel-to-pixel splicing, with a full screen resolution of 3840*2160, where each area part is 1920*1080. A single LED-580 can support a resolution of 3840*1080. To achieve 4K*2K pixel-to-pixel, multiple LED-580 machines are required for splicing, with one LED-580 acting as the main controller. The other two LED-580 units are used for splicing by connecting them with DP loop in a vertical direction. The first two outputs from the processor are directed to the top two screens, while the third output is directed to the bottom two screens, achieving perfect 4K*2K pixel-to-pixel alignment.
Preview switching
If a customer intends to switch a new signal into the main screen, which is currently displaying an image, we can first preview the new image on a monitor to confirm it is workable. This function, which allows for previewing images in advance, is called “preview mode.” To enable preview mode, first modify the output resolution to 2K*2K resolution (we recommend using 3840*1080 at 60Hz). Then, under the “TAKE” sub-menu, select and turn on “preview mode.” DVI 1 will display the sub-channel information. Next, use the “TAKE” key in the “Function” area on the front panel to open the “TAKE” menu. The menu will display the information of the image currently being shown (PROGRAM) and the preview image (PREVIEW). In the “TAKE” menu interface, the user can adjust the input source under “PREVIEW” (preview image) using the keys in the “INPUTS” area. When the user has selected the image they want, they can use the “TAKE” key to switch the preview image to the displaying image. The system also supports fade-in and fade-out effects.
Monitor function
Preview Function (583F Series Models)
The 583F series adds an extended monitor output module based on the original 580F. The monitor module consists of a VGA + DVI output port and can compress the original DVI 1 + DVI 2 output 4K images into three available resolutions for output to the monitor display: 1920*1080, 12801024, and 1024*768. These are the available resolutions for output to the monitor display.
