The Mooncell C10/C12/C40/C60/C120 series receiving cards are ultra-compact, high-load-capacity FPGA receiving solutions designed for fine-pitch, transparent, curved, or special-shaped LED displays. Each model—from the C10 and C12 ultra-small form-factors to the C120 high-capacity full-feature card—supports pixel-level chromaticity correction, low-latency frame delay, arbitrary single-card rotation and offset, and robust parallel/serial data interfaces. With universal 2.0 mm connector spacing, reduced cabling complexity (2-core Cat5e signal + power), and strong LED driver chip compatibility, this series empowers integrators to build immersive LED installations with minimal space and maximum performance.
Product Features:
• Compact size: C10 measures only 85 mm × 12 mm; C12 measures approx. 73 mm × 24 mm, enabling use in narrow-box, bar-LED, and space-constrained installations.
• Universal 2.0 mm spacing plug-in connector interface for high stability and reliability across the series.
• Low latency: video source delay reduced to as low as one frame (C10/C12) to support real-time display requirements.
• RGB independent gamma adjustment to correct low-gray unevenness and white-balance drift by adjustment of red, green, and blue channels separately.
• Rotation support for multiples of 90° (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) for both standard and special-shape modules.
• Supports single-card arbitrary offset and display content rotation, enabling complex-shaped screens.
• Loop-backup reliability: network port loop and dual-path input ensure high reliability in cascading systems.
• Integrated network transformer improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), aiding EMC certification.
• Fewer cables and connectors: signal transmission via two-core Cat5 twisted pair combines display signal and power wiring; peripheral cascade from traditional “2-in 2-out to “1-in 1-out”
