Novastar TB50 Taurus Series Multimedia Player Description
The Novastar TB50 Taurus is a next-generation all-in-one multimedia player designed for full-color LED displays. It integrates playback and sending capabilities with Android 11, enabling content publishing, screen control, and remote monitoring from a computer, phone, or tablet. The TB50 supports synchronous and asynchronous playback, multi-screen synchronous playback, wired/Wi-Fi/4G network options, and a load capacity up to 1,300,000 pixels—making it ideal for commercial signage, lamp-post displays, retail and chain-store deployments, advertisement players, mirror displays and other smart-city or retail scenarios.

• All-in-one playback + sending: publish content and control displays from PC, mobile, or tablet via cloud or LAN.
• High compatibility output: supports up to 1,300,000 pixels (max width 4096 × max height 4096).
• Multiple network & redundancy options: 2×Gigabit Ethernet (primary/backup), Wi-Fi AP and STA modes, optional 4G module support; network priority Wired > Wi-Fi > 4G.
• Robust video support: H.264/H.265 4K@60Hz decoding; flawless playback: 2×4K, 6×1080p, 10×720p or 20×360p streams.
• HDMI I/O and audio: 1×HDMI input (scales to fit in sync mode) and 1×HDMI 1.4 output (1080p@60Hz, HDMI loop); 1×stereo audio connector (internal source fixed at 48 kHz).
• USB and storage: 1×USB 3.0 Type-A for USB playback and firmware upgrades; 1×USB Type-B reserved.
• Sensor support: 2×sensor connectors for brightness or temperature/humidity sensors.
• Flexible Wi-Fi handling: built-in AP mode (default SSID AP+last8SN, default password 12345678) and STA mode to join external Wi-Fi.
• Synchronous capabilities: NTP and optional GPS time sync for synchronized multi-screen playback.
• Durable operation: Wide operating temp range, low power consumption, and IP20 enclosure for indoor fixed installs.
