The NovaStar TCC160 is a compact, all-in-one asynchronous LED control card that integrates sending and receiving functions for remote content publishing and display control via computer, smartphone, or tablet. Designed for storefronts, vehicle-mounted screens, ultra-long displays, and other scenarios with limited pixel budgets, the TCC160 delivers hardware 4K decoding, robust processing, multi-network connectivity (Ethernet/Wi-Fi/4G/GPS), cloud access, and scalable pixel capacity for flexible, reliable LED deployments.
Product Features:
• Inputs & outputs: supports up to 512×512@60Hz (260,000 pixels) per unit for PWM driver ICs and 512×384@60Hz (260,000 pixels) for general driver ICs; cascaded capacity up to 650,000 pixels; maximum ultra-long screen width 8192 px and height 2560 px (max per Ethernet port 650,000 pixels); 16 HUB75E connectors; 1× stereo 3.5 mm audio output.
• Control ports: 1× USB 2.0 Type A (upgrade, USB playback, storage expansion, log export), 1× USB Type B (connects to control computer), 2× RS485 (sensor integration), 1× 100M Ethernet port, 2× sensor connectors, 2-pin relay for remote control (DC 30V 3A).
