PIXELHUE P Series P10 P20 Seamless Switcher Description
Powerful Functionalities:
The PIXELHUE P10 and P20 are professional-grade 4K60 seamless switchers built on an FPGA-based image enhancement platform. Supporting true 4:4:4 10-bit processing, HDR10/HLG/SDR conversion, and flexible 4K input formats (HDMI 2.0, DP 1.2, and 12G-SDI), they are ideal for medium to large event venues, LED displays, immersive installations, and AV production workflows. The dual working modes—Switcher Mode and PGM Only Mode—provide adaptable output structures to meet diverse scenario needs, with ultra-smooth transitions and real-time visual effects such as DSK, crop, mask, border, and shadow.
The P20 supports up to 12 DL layers (2x MAIN + 10x PIP) or 8 DL layers (4x MAIN + 4x PIP), while the P10 supports up to 6 DL layers (2x MAIN + 4x PIP). Both models offer up to 128 preset memories and allow real-time high-resolution capture from live inputs and outputs. A dedicated Multiviewer (MVR) output and four AUX outputs enhance live monitoring and auxiliary device integration. The P20 also supports Dante audio networking and advanced LOGO/BKG overlay functions.
Longer Transmission Distance:
Both models are equipped with 10G optical fiber ports to replicate HDMI 2.0 outputs, enabling long-distance signal transmission (up to 10 km using SMF) without needing additional fiber converters. This design ensures strong signal integrity while reducing cost and complexity, making the P series especially suited for large venues or distributed LED video wall systems. The system is fully compatible with mainstream NovaStar LED controllers, including VX1000, VX600, VX400, MX40 Pro, MCTRL 4K, and NovaPro UHD Jr.
Flexible Control Options:
PIXELHUE P10/P20 switchers are engineered for versatile integration into various live event control environments. They can be operated individually or in groups via the following control methods:
● Intuitive front panel with 5-inch graphical LCD and rotary knob
● Integration with U5 or U5 Pro event controllers for tactile multi-device control
● PixelFlow event management software for remote or multi-device project configuration
● Compatibility with third-party control systems such as Stream Deck (via API)
This flexibility ensures quick deployment in corporate AV, touring shows, exhibitions, and fixed installations.
Superb Stability & Reliability:
Engineered for mission-critical reliability, the P series supports multiple backup strategies:
● Device redundancy
● Input source redundancy
● Auto-output backup upon signal failure
When a signal is lost or a source fails, the system instantly switches to a backup path without visual interruption, ensuring seamless operation. This zero-downtime failover feature is vital for high-profile live events, broadcast environments, and LED display integrations. The switchers have passed stringent drop, shock, and thermal tests, proving their robustness in transport-heavy, touring, or outdoor event conditions.
