1. Shipping Fees

To better serve our global customers, we offer a fixed shipping fee of $78 per order. This fee remains the same regardless of your order’s size or weight, providing a predictable and manageable shipping cost. The more you buy, the more you save on average shipping cost.

Non-Holiday Periods: Packages are collected daily from our warehouse by carriers between 5-7 pm local time. You can expect to receive a tracking number the following business day.
Holidays: During major Chinese holidays, please anticipate a potential delay of 1-7 days in processing (with the longest holiday period in China lasting up to 7 days). For orders placed during your local holidays, we will process your order as scheduled for timely post-holiday delivery.
