Hikvision explains that due to the lengthy and complex production chain of LED displays, any issues at any stage can impact product quality, potentially causing failures like dead pixels, black screens, or missing color blocks. To address this, Hikvision introduced its traceable LED displays, integrating intelligent manufacturing management to assign a unique identity to each unit.

Furthermore, Hikvision emphasized that this unique “identity” reflects the ongoing development of smart manufacturing processes. With greater transparency in key stages, quality issues can be traced back to their source. Hikvision is committed to advancing the LED industry’s quality development. Currently, the product has been launched and showcased in over 30 cities across the country, receiving positive feedback from customers.

As we all know, LED display technology is mature, and the market is highly competitive with numerous similar products. Many counterfeit or substandard products flood the market. The solution to this problem is traceability—giving LED products their own “ID card.” By scanning the QR code, users can easily confirm the authenticity of the product, helping to eliminate counterfeit and low-quality goods from the market.

Hikvision’s traceable LED system enhances product quality and after-sales efficiency. Manufacturers begin quality control at the source, and even if a product experiences issues upon reaching the customer, scanning the QR code can identify where the problem occurred, allowing for faster resolution and significantly improving response time and efficiency.
